Working in collaboration with the HR Director and the Operations Manager of Circle Economy, you will be the axis ensuring that our great community of colleagues remains bound in a Circle of Trust, Passion and Success. You will be responsible to craft Circle Economy's signature in the talent acquisition process, and during the onboarding of new hires, as well as maintaining an integral experience for all staff members when new initiatives and practices are launched. You will make sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, empowered and part of a supporting whole, by engaging, informing, championing and shadowing. You will build a feeling of personalized support, and be the patron of change and continuity.

Coordinate the recruiting process of new staff members:
Coordinate the publishing of new job vacancies, in line with CE identity and style, established budgets, profile requirements and team/programme fit, in collaboration with Operations and HR Director and Hiring Managers
Facilitate the screening of candidates by hiring teams through our online recruitment systems
Coordinate interviewing and shortlisting process, including candidate assessment
Support the contractual negotiation process
Ensure all along the process that inclusiveness and professionality are clearly reflected
Coordinate the onboarding process of new hires in collaboration with hiring teams and management
Work on continuous improvement of our Onboarding process, to ensure it carries seamlessly CE's signature and soul and becomes a solid and inspiring ground for all new starters
Work in close collaboration with the Operations and HR Direction and Management in the piloting and integration of new processes, practices, policies, guidelines
Translate new processes, practices, policies, guidelines in work instructions that can easily be accessed and reproduced
Work towards the championship of platforms that can ease the accessibility and user friendliness of information
Deliver train the trainer and team trainings when new processes, practices, policies, guidelines are being launched, in collaboration and under the guidance of the Operations Director
Regularly review continuous onboarding processes, and provide input for improvement/innovation
Be a patron of CE's culture and values
Minimum 2 years experience working with diverse teams in multicultural organizations
Proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at different degrees of seniority
Process oriented and very accurate, detailed mindset
Experience with delivering training
Very strong written and oral communication skills (English)
Interest in growing competencies in HR and PMO
HBO/WO or equivalent
Strong affinity with project management practices, through work experience (please describe this in your letter)
Previous experience in HR practice (acquisition, retention, talent development, cultural and diversity management)
Fluent in Dutch
What we offer you
For this role, we are offering an initial 6 months contract for 20 hours per week. We offer an awesome challenge for a passionate person that loves to learn continuously and take up responsibilities in a vibrant and talented team. Salary is competitive, keeping in mind we are a nonprofit, startup organization, based in Amsterdam.
